This conference is a chance to show your skills to a global audience. You can speak on topics of your choice
- Agile 101 : A crash course level set in agile project management
- Build it Right : Requirements Analysis: User Stories, Personas, Prioritization
- Manage Change : Life Cycle Managemenet: Scrum, Crystal, OpenUp, XP, DSDM, Kanban
- Build Quality In : Test Driven Development (TDD), Refatoring, Pair Programming (or Inspection?), Continuous Integration
- Lean : Leadership, Optimzation, Eliminating Waste
- Virtual Agile : using new tools to shrink the globe
- Transformation and Coaching : how do you get people to deploy Agile?
- Social Debt : Last year was bad for many. As an Agile community, how can we help others?
The format can be a poster session of 6 slides (with and without your occaisional presence), a 45 minute (12 slide) presenetation, or some creative build. Some of you may also be selected for our panel session.
